The atmosphere there was amazing. BNA station was the best decision I ever made. They are so supportive and funny. To be excited to come to work is the best feeling ever. They have really captured Herb's spirit of what Southwest was all about.

I love the CULTURE - During my 13 years that I was with SWA the culture created by SWA is fun and inclusive, with core values that remind all employees to enjoy their work and not take themselves too seriously, Southwest motivates employees to take pride in what they do, which often translates to going the extra mile for customers.

What made me stay at #Southwest Metal was
The great schedule I had the hours the capability to train others and learn at the same time. But then after 5 years it was time to go the pay wasn’t that great and management was terrible. I would have love to stay but they got rid of a lot of good people.
