Multi-Skilled Resume
I would like to know, if its SMART to place different skills on ONE RESUME? Therefore it won't be necessary to upload different Resumes regarding multiple qualifications. Personally, I have a history in working in many different fields, and I tend to misplace some of my needed Resumes. I don't like that I have a sum of four different resumes, and I wonder is it okay to place my skills all in one, on an All-n-One Resume?

New career in medical billing and coding
I live in Cleveland Texas I have been looking for a beginner site to launch my career from and so far no one will hire me due to non experience. No I do not have three to five years of experience in this line of work but let me tell you that the experience I do have is 16 years cashier and driveing a school bus for two years in Texas and 4 1/2 years in Olean NY does count. I have tried find a job since I graduated with my associates degree in medical billing and coding through Ultimate Medical Academy last November but so far nothing. I have tried Craig's list, hospital sites, monster, career builder and still nothing but A FLAC has called me.

How do I make one skill/qualification outweigh another?
I have been driving a truck for a living since graduating college in December of 2006. All the companies I interviewed with always ask why I want to give up truck driving when I make more driving. How do I sell myself to a company that has a position that makes less money? The whole point of going to college was to use the degree eventually correct?

I am unique!
I feel like I have a pretty unique personality, but when it comes to job applications I could not come off more bland. How can I show off my true self in my writing while still being formal? Too much focus on formality is preventing me from being seen as human and getting these jobs.

Anyone know an affordable and fast way to improve on business communication skills and sale skills?
Hello everyone, I have 2 college degrees business admin and healthcare admin. I get a lot of job requesting for me to work for them. I have positive attitude, patience, computer knowledge such as in office programs and some sale techniques in marketing. The problem I dont have confidence, I need to learn basic business communication skills in retail or medical field. Some of the basic skills I like to learn which some I already know are how to greet, sell, be enthuastic, and problem solve with difficult customers. I wasnt taught none of this in high school or colleg until we got a job. Whats a good site, youtube video school, or training recommendation you can provide me to acquire these skills. I know it takes practice and experience but I like to learn these skills as soon as possible because time is everrything in life.
