It was a great company to work for. I work for them almost ten years. I learned a lot from such a small business. I have plenty of warehouse skill and receiving, unloading trucks and pulling orders getting them stage for delivery..

The different tasks I learned to do. It helped me to sharpen my Excel and communication skills.

I had a recruiter call me today about a job I had applied to. She told me if I was interested I would have to 'dumb down' my resume. I had worked for 1 company for 21 years but did such a wide variety of things when she looked at my resume she thought I might get board at the job. My opinion is for an additional $6 an hour above my previous hourly wage, I will be more then willing to do less work. She sent me the job description and I made a second version of my resume. Taking out things that I didn't think would be useful to the position. I had been told by my father in law that at some point I might want to make a second resume that is more directed for certain positions but this was the first time I actually had someone ask for one.

I try to add skills in the skills box because this is important to me to have employers see my skills. Of course I want to add as much as possible. However, every time I click add after typing my skills and save it takes me to a page that tells me "oops. we ran into a problem." I tried just clicking add, add & save and just save after typing skills and same result. I did send a question to Jobcase support and nothing by email or my jobcase account. Has anyone else had this problem or a problem similar? Thanks for your time.

I was disabled temporarily in 08 and i retured from nursing how can i tell employers that my skills from nursing are more advanced than the phlebotomy training i just received and even though its been a few years i still remember everything

How do you reenter the job force after working at the same job for 17 years? I don't seem to be getting anyone who is interested in my set of skills. I have no problem starting at an entry level position but then I'm told I'm over qualified. I really want a job and I pick up on things quickly. What do I do to get noticed? It's so different finding a job now compared to last time I looked 17 years ago. I'm out of my league! Help??!!
