The one thing that sticks with me in the back of my mind today was when back in 2002 I went on my 15 min break and was looking at the paper and that was the way I found out that my great grandmother had passed away. The boss called my mom at her job and ask if she could come get me and explain why, I took three days off work cuz the furneal. And on the morning that I came back to work there was a huge stack of cards up by the time clock and they were from all the customer that I always took care of on a daily basis
