I was recently promoted to Office Manager with the security company I've been with for the last 6 year's. I knew what I was getting intowhen I excepted the position but, what I wasn't ready for was and still is the number of people who say that they want to work but after being hire they are no calls/no shows or late Every day.
I'm truly wondering if there are people who really want to work . I've be in all aspects of the security field and now being in the office it has become the second to being an Account Manager the most frustrating assignment I've excepted Is there any one that wants to work and come to work on time ?
