1. Sample preparation, data collection, and data interpretation for a variety of thermal techniques such as dynamic mechanical analysis, thermomechanical analysis, and differential scanning calorimetry as well as physical techniques is the areas of viscometry and mechanical testing.
2. Performing maintenance and troubleshooting of analytical instruments.
3. Providing excellent customer service through timely, clear, and accurate reporting of the analytical data.
