Nothing the treat employees horribly they dont care if your kids wife are sick and need health care even with drs notes they still fire you
Work culture is important because it at #SandersonFarms
I enjoyed every aspect of the company, the people, environment and the different areas of work. It was my favorite job so far.

The HR reps on site will undoubtedly make mistakes that you, the employees, will be held accountable for. Not a fair experience for me. Hope it's better for you!
