Trying to apply for employment

Been working at Safeway for a while, and recieved the award of excellence for customer service. Also recieved dozens of 10 star ratings for the company. And still no raise, promotion or department transfer. Therefore, I'm now looking for a better job with fair employee treatment and opportunity for advancement. Any help would be greatly appriciated thank you.
