The biggest mistake I made as a #CareManager at #RightatHome ...
Was not setting clear boundaries in the beginning.

Drama at #RightatHome
This happens all the time since I'm the care manager and have to discipline caregivers when needed. And there's really no drama. I collect the facts and proof and they really have no argument.

What I loved working at #RightatHome
I loved making a difference in someone's life.

How I nailed my #RightatHome interview
I was honest. I had never worked as a Caregiver, but I knew my personality and I made sure I pointed out my work ethic . I listened to what the company had to offer and didn't make any promise I knew I couldn't keep just to receive the job offer. I was honest about my background and drug test results when asked if I could pass them.

Compensation
I am interested in this company. What does this job pay?.
