How do I attract future employers to review212 the entire resume vs. the prior employment only
. As an RN field case manager for more than 25 yrs., I have been eagerly seeking new opportunities in the healthcare/insurance arena, but outside of nursing. My desire is to secure a new job direction using my knowledge, experience and professional networking. Yet every day multiple job postings are received for the same job title..nursing. .A new chance to expand my professional profile is my goal, yet its been halted as it seems there is not much time spent reading the nitial 3 sentences of my resume. Suggestions would be so appreciated as I have exhausted most other means.

I thought objectives were DEAD!
Does anyone use an objective anymore on your resume??? I don’t have one as I didn’t think it was necessary but a reference passing my cv internally for a position asked me to include one. Probably because I’m trying to move into a new industry…? I thought having an objectives on your resume was seen as a bad thing. So confused!!
