pycho boss

I have been at my current company for 14 days and was already written up on a final warning of dismissal. the first week was horrible training and the second week they threw me into do orientation for people that I had never done before, nor was I trained to do it then my third week I recruited and was written up on my 5th day for not following the process. Hell I haven't had enough time to learn the processes. And every time I talk to my boss she scares the shit out of me and I freeze up. I am quitting and giving my two weeks because being on a final while in training if a no win situation I will do something wrong.

GREENSPIRE

received a call for an interview. Went on line to research... after a while I got a bad feeling about the company... reviews on Glassdoor and Yelp... I ended up canceling the interview... That was my call... just do your research if they call you...

I cannot find a job.

I am not hearing from employers. I have been racking my brain to figure out what the issue is. I've rewrote my resume and still nothing. I have 26 years in my field. I recently had someone review my resume online. I guess its not very good. I keep hearing about software that HR departments are using. It has always been easy for me to find a job. I believe I need to rewrite again. My question is should I try out resume writers that charge?
Is this software for real? How does it work? I am actually a Phlebotomist, blood drawer. I'm not sure specifically what is considered key words. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Resources for you

The first thing you want to do is go to your local career office. They can help you with applications, resumes, training - the works. They are government sponsored, so you wont have to pay. This link will help you find one near you: https://www.careeronestop.org/LocalHelp/local-help.aspx

Also, you can talk to your pastor if you go to church. They might know of good jobs, or can help you get by while you don't have a job.

Career consulting

Job searchers,

We all know how difficult it can be to find meaningful and gainful employment. Due to my own struggles finding myself, searching for tools and resources and interviewing I have amassed a wealth of information.

I would be happy to offer assistance to anyone looking to begin a career, a career change or to better their financial situation through education and job targeting.

I can email your resources or speak on the phone if that would best serve my ability to provide resources. FREE, NO COST!

You can reach me at jam342028@gmail.com

Happy hunting!

Josh
