Job Seeking
I worked at mcdonalds for like six months, But I quit because i was only getting put on the schedule two days a week. But when i started the job I was scheduled four days a week every week. So now im out here searching for another job. Busting my butt for no reason.

Ready to quit
I am ready to quit. My job tells me they want me to increase our numbers. They tell me I have a budget to do this, but when I tried to use some of this budget, they got upset. When the numbers did not change much, and I did not spend any money, they got upset. In other words, make things happen, but don't spend any money. Damned if you do and damned if you don't. I think they are trying to get me to quit because the other day they asked me to prepare two presentations in less than 48 hours only to complain that it wasn't what they were looking for. Can anyone produce a polished presentation within that timeframe let alone two? I did the best I could do and stayed up late to do so. I am thinking of calling in sick tomorrow in hopes of forcing their hand. I am very hardworking and dedicated, but it's getting to be too much. I am frustrated because I have worked my butt off trying to make things happen (weekends, late and long hours) and it is never what they want because they do not want me there. I also have to deal with the hostility of three racist women who just don't want me there. Why are women so damned awful to each other on the job? I am trying to figure out what I have done to piss these women off or make these people hate me. I am anxious and irritable about dealing with this toxic work environment. Part of me wants to quit to save my sanity, but it may be months before I get another job because there would be a long gap in employment like almost a year, if I don't list this job. I have thought of talking to my boss and saying something like I cannot give you what you want if I am not allowed to do my job. Any advice would be appreciated.

When and How should i put in my notice?
So I plan on moving to florida from NY. I got a job in florida and I start in 3 month.
I would like to give my job a notice asap but I'm worried that I will be let go before I start the new job.
I am a restaurant general manager.
I don't know if I can trust my boss enough to let her know this early but I also don't want to screw my managment team.
Any advice? Thanks in advance

“Why did you leave?”
Another interview question that comes up.... “What made you leave OR why did you leave (your former employer)?” Input on how this should be answered? TIA

Dont burn youre bridges
Worked for a place close to my house I thought I wasn't happy so I took another job not so close to my house about a hour one way the people at the job close to my house were different than me so I took the other job farther away from my house because I thought I knew these people because I have worked with them before they turn out to be rotten to their core just goes to show the grass is greener in you're own yard lesson learned c

Confused...
I’ve been seeking work for a month now. I recently quit my last job due to very dangerous work environment that caused me to have anxiety attacks, panic attacks, stress, and depression. Something has happened to me that caused me to worry about if I was going to make it home in the morning.
I am venturing off into different areas of work, but I can’t get very excited about them. I don’t want to waste anyone’s time, or my time, going through the interview process for a company I can’t find any interest in. I don’t want to show up to some job I hate everyday just for a paycheck.
I want to find work that is satisfying, interesting, challenging, rewarding, and allows me to help others. I’m a very empathetic person, a great listener, and I’m a person who doesn’t take things I hear or see at face value. I like to research and formulate my own thoughts, opinions, beliefs, etc...I like to be physically active. I’ve had jobs in the past, example: Administrative Assistant, Front desk receptionist, and sales, and these types of jobs drive me nuts! I don’t like to sit for long periods of time. I don’t like to be around a lot of people I don’t know. I have very high anxiety and being in a restaurant or convenience store puts me on edge and I can’t concentrate on anything but bad things that could possibly happen. This got worse after I was held up at gunpoint a few months back. I don’t mind working by myself because I tend to start a project and I don’t like to stop until it is accurate. I am very detail oriented and I don’t mind change in the company culture. Also, I take time management, seriously.
Given what information I have laid out in this post, what would you think would be some jobs would be a good fit for me? I’m being very picky about my job search. I’m literally spending over 4-8 hours a day searching for jobs, scrolling through employee reviews, creating different types of resumes and cover letters. I am having success with employers reaching out, but I just can’t get excited or interested in these companies. What should I do if I can’t figure out what I want to do? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Knowing when to call it quits.
A number of factors can be considered anytime that you enter or plan to leave a job. We consider our pay or opportunity for advancement the job market the possibility and flexibility of finding a new job but what about how were actually treated at work? Would you leave your job if your boss actually treated you bad enough?what if there's nothing to HR can do about how you're treated and the person you work with it's just been unbearable from day-to-day. Tension in the workplace is something that can hold you back when you feel that you're being attacked can you actually work efficiently...unfortunately for some of us our bosses are kind of abusive. You don't want to leave a negative mark on your resume by quitting but what's the right way to quit a job when your boss is a miser?

Had to resign
I resigned from my job today. I loved my job but our paychecks all bounced and we were informed that we would not be getting anymore pay. I’m desperately seeking employment.

Mismatched job recruiting
I'm not a big job seeker. I have always had offers and was able to perform in my positions. I'm a college grad and have been in construction supervising and operating for many many years. I don't really know the best way to break through the doors after a mutual parting with my last employer. Seems like all the job recruiters pay flawed or improper match selections. Any ideas on how to bypass all the spamming mismatched jobs and get to the main sources of a career?
