I applied in Dec i believe. I've called for an interview or check my application and they always asked me I've worked there before because it was on my records. I reply with yes but that was 16 years ago. So am i not allowed work there again? Also i was told a manager at a neighborhood walmart by house that they are longer hiring and have no positions open. I go there the next day and there is a sign on the door that says now hiring for all positions. It's still there to this day. So why can't get hired there?

I keep applying online with no response. What am I doing wrong?

I was fired for something my asst manager told me to do.. an I have five kids an one on The way I have OCD there wasn't one day that went by that the store wasn't as clean an one person alone could get it. U could walk down all ailes. An u could find anything u needed I would like to k ow how I could go by getting my job back now that all the mmanagers quit just a month after fireding me

I was "WRONGLY terminated" ( determined by the state), from a job I was at for almost 10 years. I loved my job, and the awesome people I worked with. I believe it was retaliatory because I reported a hostile work environment. Because I was WRONGLY terminated, I am considered "rehireable" by my original employer. Yet after applying to open positions, the two same HR reps that were at my court hearing, are sending me rejection emails for the positions I am clearly qualified for. Am I being blackballed??? I am beyond angry!

How can I get rehired when I was laid off 5 and 1/2 years ago.

Has anyone ever lost a job they really liked and then months or years later try to go back for that same job rather it was at a different location or not? If so, how well did it go on getting that job back and was it in the same location or a different location and how many times did you lose that job and try to go back and would keep succeeding in getting it back? And was it difficult no matter how badly you really loved that job?

The person that do the hiring told my brother they would hire him back and didn't but hired the other person back for the same think and he only been there for like three months and my brother 15 yrs but brother told them he quite but he wouldn't t his self he was until presser and didn t no what he was doing and even when to doctor but other guy didn t say anything he just walk out

I wrote here 2 months ago and asked for opinions about my situation. The situation I'm in is that I had worked for a government position for 7 years. Of those 7 years, I had been a supervisor for 6 years. I had to leave my position because of a disability. Now that I have recovered I had thought to apply again with the same company as a supervisor position. I was turned down. I thought maybe I needed to start in the beginning again. A second position opened up - a mid-level position. I applied. Again, I was turned down. I thought maybe because they did some restructuring I needed to start at a lower position, something like entry-level. An entry level position opened up and I applied. I was rejected again. I posted here and asked for some opinions. I received excellent comments. Here's the situation, I'm in now. A supervisor position has opened up. I've applied and deemed qualified for an interview. I've contacted an EEOC Officer for advice should I be turned down again. My question is even if I have a case against my former employers for discrimination for the disabled, what can I do about it? I wouldn't want to work in an environment where the 2nd higher up will have a grudge against me. This is the person in charge of hiring. Any comments or opinions will be greatly appreciated.

I worked at amazon in haslet tx i was on leave but my dr wouldn't fill out the paper work or return evette's calls from my leave so i was let go now that i found out what is wrong with me i can return to work they thought i had cancer in my uterus but that wasn't what was wrong with meim ready to get back to work but i dont know if they will rehire me
