What I loved working at #Claytonhomes
From my experience with Clayton homes it was a great place to be employed. Clayton homes offer good benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and life insurance with an optional buy up on the life insurance. Also they offer a great 401k plan in which they will match you up to 6%. Another good thing about Clayton homes is that they offer short term disable as well as long term disable in case you are ever injured and have to missed work for longer than what you would for a small injury or an illness that isn’t severe. Over the course of 6 years total I had with Clayton homes I was only injured once and it was a very minor injury, none the less they took care of me very well. There were no complaints as I had to go to the hospital, also no argument when they paid the bill and put me on light duty for a short period of time in which my injury healed and I was placed back into production. They practice safety and enforce it strictly to insure you’re working in a safe/clean environment, they care about their employees as well as the families of their employees, support and help in any way they can. Clayton homes also pays fairly well compared to most local jobs not exactly sure what starting pay is there right now it was $12.00hr, but stay with them for a while and prove yourself to them that you are fully capable of mastering the job they assign you and watch the money go up, definitely will pay the bills and also you’re not barely scraping by.From my experience they treat all their employees with great respect and compared to other local companies where I’m from here in waycross, ga , Clayton homes shows much better appreciation to their employees for their quality as well as their skills and speed to complete their job.

Real estate nobody
I moved to another state because of taxes and my daughter had died and needed to get a clean start. Unfortunately I also bought a house after selling mine. The rational was so I would not have a mortgage. Since having MS my life has now become difficult. So I gambled and went into real estate here. It's unfortunate but it's a hard job to break into especially when you have down time. I have sold some homes but not the quota I was given. Now I need a operation within 2 months on my leg it has bone on bone. After much thought I have decided still to try and help others. I am actively helping people esp veterans with getting service dogs and training but found again they do little for handicapped if you look ok. So I have decided to try to enter a educational program for disabled in the hopes of becoming a paralegal. I am not sure if this will actually help generate any income but I have to try something and at this point anything is better than nothing. It is hard enough that I cannot find a job while surgery is looming over my head so I decided to try to make the most of it. Being 63 handicapped and alone in the state that I am not sure why I moved I know that I must fight with all my will to stay positive believe in God has a plan not live in the past and keep on looking for a future with God's help anything is possible so I ask for prayers God two windows have closed and I have seen no doors open or Windows yet

We all got along. We all had a job to do and we did it right. We were all treated the same Everyone was happy and liked living there.

What made me stay @ #AtlanticCityHousingAuthority was aging and more.
I started August 1997, by 2004, I became the President of the Local Union, that was a rewarding position. I was able to help members as of dealing with the Works Comp. in suspicion of frauds. Dealing with the NJ Civil Service, going to court many times, all in behalf of the members. That was very rewarding because was able to exercise my little knowledge of law. Back in 1979 I was in Law School in my old country. I had to leave because of political situations.
