My advice to people interested in working at #SchemppRealty as a #Bookkeeper ...
Stay on your toes. Keep your mind 100% focused on your work and what is going on around you. Communication amongst staff was lacking whenever I was an employee there, so be sure to keep comunication as a priority. There is mostly family members that are employees and politics usually came up a lot. DO NOT ENGAGE. My assumption is since they are mostly family, the arguments are sometimes pretty fierce. I was always taught to never discuss politics or religion at the work place or with the general public
The key is, always stay aware of your work and what's going on around you. There's a lot of "chiefs" and not enough "indians" and with the lack of communication things can get pretty hectic as far as knowing which assignment from each boss should be a priority.

I had to pay for school my insurance my monthly rent and then came the 600 dollar charge for my real estate commission as well as my MLS bill which was 160. I couldn't handle it with my diwinling bank account. I liked some of the people there but I had to suspend my license I applied to school for my associates degree in para legal they seem to be in demand . I have cried, prayed and hoped all I ask please pray I survive my husband is 82 and I need to pay bills or well you can figure it out.

Step of faith
I was a commercial fisherman for many years on the east coast from Florida to New York. The commercial fishing vessel I was on traveled a lot. I left the seafood industry and moved to Texas and was looking for a job all over duncanville tx and after 2 weeks of looking for a job I was hired at a golf course. But I got an offer at a general contractor company. We work for a real estate agent and investors. I left all my things and sold everything I had back home and moved out west. I trusted in God and that He will never let me go and He has carried me all the way.
