This was the worst job ever. Any overtime is forced pay under the table. Any schedule made is thrown out thewindow from day to day. The owner has no idea how to check in or check out a guest but insists on working when he wants to. Your family is not important. You mean nothing to this company or the owner.

I like the customers and the staff I like helping others so the job gives me that opportunity

I am a people person so that was definitely the best part of the job. Talking to people on the phone and helping them with their questions and concerns.

I love cleaning but this company expexts to delegate rooms for 8hrs shifts n want it to be done within four to six hours also the GM on shaw and 99 in fresno ca hired me and wen he decided to let me go before the 90 day probation had the HK Bretha tell me i wasnt needed no longer so i never got verbal or written warning from the GM Nick thats very unprofessional of him so i also called and left a message with front counter for Nick to give me. Call n yet i still havent revived one
