I have been on the job search for a part time evening jobs and I can work weekends, but since Feb. 2017 I have received only interviews, no call back for work. I have followed up to no avail. I have experience in clerical, billing and customer service. I am currently employed at a hospital lab to which I am an administrative assistant with these duties: Organize files, develop spreadsheets, fax reports and scan documents. Post open positions on company and social media websites. Make copies, send faxes and handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence. Receive and distribute faxes and mail in a timely manner. Route agreements, contracts and invoices through the signature process. Cooperate with Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance providers to resolve billing issues, manage ICD-10 billing and coding for laboratory department to eliminate billing errors, manage the day-to-day calendar for the company’s senior director and basic Payroll accounting, and also worked as a medical records clerk where my duties were: Distributed information to correct department, individually or outside location. Consolidated diverse medical records. Maintained complete confidentiality in accordance with organization and legal requirements. Updated daily logs to track information movements. Scanned incoming documentation.
Well I guess no one needs a person with this little experience!

How can I overcome the comment of "You are going to get bored"
I don't know what to do. I have gotten the interviews and then the next steps and then, Sorry we are going to pass. Either it is: the scope has changed and it is now a junior role or you'll get bored, or you aren't a fit, Well, how come I just spent the last 3 days jumping through hoops and changing my schedule to make the 5 different interviews. Can someone help me understand?

Still Looking...
So I have been unemployed for almost 6 weeks now. I keep looking for a job that I think I might like to do and then I look at the requirements and I don't qualify for anything. So I have yet to apply anywhere but I feel discouraged because I don't feel like I can ever go back to work again. I still need to find a job I just don't know what I'm able to do.

The hardest part of my job search is.....
The hardest part is no job seems to offer the wage I want to someone with 7 years retail experience and nothing else. Been working at grocery stores since I graduated high school, and it seems that there aren't many high paying jobs for a 26 years old with no certifications or CDL. If anyone has any leads, it would be appreciated greatly.

Just Tired Need To Vent...
Hello everyone,
I've been working in communications and PR since I graduated college in 2014. Last summer after working more almost two years I was laid off due to budget cuts. It's been eight months and I still haven't found a job. I have a degree in Journalism emphasis in PR, Associates in Sociology and my MA in Pubic Relations with years of professional experience and interns. I've filled out hundreds of applications at this point, been to networking events, built relationships with sources and attended countless job fairs looking for opportunities. I also had professionals review/edit my resume, update my website, taken advice and from time to time called to check application status. Given the extent of my qualifications, I have filled out apps in other areas as well to give me a better chance of obtaining employment. In most cases I've just received rejection letters when I know I'm capable of doing the work. Or I'm always deemed overqualified, not experienced enough or told I'm not a good fit because I don't know the industry. Not finding work has put me on the edge. I've lost my unemployment and even trying to find something to have income isn't working. At this point, I really don't know what to do even praying that things will work out is exhausting. I'm just really really tired...

They don't know what "Entry Level" means!
In my recent job searches, I'm really coming to dislike positions that are listed as "Entry Level" but require a Bachelor's Degree. Do they not know what "Entry Level" means?
