I have been applying to tons of jobs and i get back I m not qualified, mind you i have a degree in business communication about to finish my masters in strategic communication had a business for 15 yrs . I have consultant on a 10 million dollar merger of a company and i still get told either not enough experience or get offered a entry level position that pays 12hr... what the heck is going on ,,this is not a question this is a vent because im sure others are experiencing the same thing.

I've been on 5 interviews and i keep getting the same email i know im qualified for the job i even tried Chick-fil-A and they didnt even bother to call back Idk what is going on i cant get a job fot nothing im just about ready to give up

The problem with employers is most use these algorithms to look for keywords in your resume that apply to the job your applying for nowadays. If your resume does not have one of these keywords your resume probably will not even get viewed unfortunately. When you finally do get a call back 90 percent of people interview the exact same way, say the same exact things very mundane and boring. My suggestion is be different say something completely uncharacteristic obviously don't be rude but set yourself apart. I'm a network engineer supervisor and one of my main challenges when hiring someone was getting them to open up and stop giving me the standard answers that are the routine. If I had 20 interviewee's I always hire the one that was qualified, but not only that the one that I remembered for saying something different. Because if I have 10 qualified applicants I'm going to pick the one who thought outside the box that everyone else was standing in. If this helps just one person strive to better themselves in the interview process I did my good deed for the day god bless and good luck!
