I would like to work and learn more as cashier customer service stoker and team leader

Question, I was promoted at work based on my skills, I was very happy even though the salary wouldn’t be the expected. Well everything was working good, task assigned task completed, onJuly 25 was my second month as management. During this time the environment became hostile, another manager became part of the team, her personality and way to manage is like back in 1700, but since she is family of the ceo nothing can be done. She would talked to me like if she was talking to a5 years old, she would look at me while I speak making faces as “ 🤔 if she was talking ti an alien, yes I have an accent and strong one but I can communicate, been there for almost 3 years and never had an issue with my language barrial as she described and make fun owth other managers, heard her talking toxic about my self and others, confidential info. Discussed in meetings she would go and ran to the staff and gossip, creating an hostile environment between staff. As the office is growing new management been hired staff as well, she was dedicated to make my days to be count to the point that she eve put her hands on me, slapping it as if I was a child, I reported to my director and tonging happened situations got worst instead. Well my director out the blue put in my calendar a meeting. Went to the meeting and she started discussing my communication skills and how was affecting my career, remind you that I was almost 3 years in the company and the accent is very noticeable. She started stating I was not getting alone with one manager and we have to keep it professional, and went back to lack of communications skills, that she could me grow by swit hung me to another division (clean up their mess) while I developed my commnicatio. Skills. So, for me that was humiliated, unethical, and tell me in my face that, now she doubt my skills?! Well I gave her as professional I could be a verbal 1 month resignation, she said loud nd clear ok ill take it are you sure and. Replied yes, I am going to my desk and put it in writing, she replied “don’t worry about it, I’ll buy you out” I was lIke what do you mean? I’ll pay you time do you want to finish the day and you can leave and take your staff or want to come back or we can send it, my replied was you buying me out so I guess no need for me to finish my month and I can get my purse and my keys and leave and come back later on to pick up my belongings, her replied was “please don’t create a disturbance, there is some ort of the yard here, I turned around and replied no mam, I am a profesional and that’s not my behavior. So I quit, these 2 month in the position caused so much mental stress, nightmares, depression, low self steam and now even worst now with my language barrier. I have only been gone today one week from that office and still have nightmares, panic attack and scared to even apply for a job due to my communication skills, any advise? Any suggestions ?

I had an interview yesterday and it went well until the pay rate was divulged. I just couldn’t believe that in 2022 there are still some Employers trying to pay next to nothing for these demanding job duties. Fast Food is paying more than this. $12 hourly is a pimp slap across the face. I couldn’t believe it, I actually thought it was a joke; until the H.R. Rep repeated it. She even said it’s three pay steps..$9, $10, then $12 WTH! No wonder so many people refuse to work & quit jobs in massive numbers, Unbelievable!!😱🚮

Run!!!! They only care about the people at the top. They do NOT protect their employees on the branch level. They also pay below the average for banks.

The People are great. They go ab9ve and beyond to get you the proper training and safety education for the job and they always pay for what the jobs worth. This company is amazing to work for. They really care about the safety of their employees.

Kristi Kelley the head of janitorial at Cargill was a horrible boss I highly suggest that u do not work for janitorial there I was smart and jumpd to sanitation where Reggie was the shit as a supervisor he was cool ran a tight ship and made everyone feel taken care of.at Cargill cw services does all the work while the Cargill employees tend to the computers and run the factory we were essential the work hounds of the place we would get little pay for long hours and the heads of cw services were real jerks I'm happy I left to be honest but I do miss my sanitation supervisor Reggie and my coworkers there we were family just did not care for the supervisor over janitorial and the white collar that ran cw services
