Hello all,

I, like many of you, have contributed to a number of discussions. I am writing this in the hopes that: A) It reaches someone in Portland, OR or the immediate area, B) They are looking for someone with my skill set / background, and C) Are looking for someone who continues to seek personal and professional improvement.

I am currently in a Lean Six Sigma - Healthcare course and would love to work on a team in a healthcare environment using and learning these new skills and knowledge. I have plans on attending and eventually attaining the Six Sigma Blackbelt certification, but that will be after I gain some experience using Lean.

If you work in a hospital, clinic, facility in the Portland, OR area and are interested in talking with me, please let me know. Please do not give suggestions of web sites for which to apply. Not to insult you or seem indignant, I am fully aware of the healthcare facilities in the area.

Or, if you have suggestions as to the types of positions I could look into, that would be appreciated (job titles, etc). I am really just reaching out to try to start working with these new skills and knowledge and hone the craft.
