I had to make a tough life decision that left me unemployed, single and brokenhearted. I can't find a job and I can't seem to find the strength to even look! Everything is becoming a blur phlebotomy was one thing that made me smile and now I don't know how to get back there! I truly want it back! It's like I'm in the twilight zone honestly and i cant wake up! HELP!!!

Its so hard finding a phlebotomist Job I have experience but it seems its not enough to some of these companies i just don't understand I feel like giving up I feel like I'm in a boxing ring and I'm getting defeated but I don't want to give any advice?

What and how are the best ways to get my phlebotomist technician certification? What are some of the best medical facilities to apply for, to receive my on the job certification? Thanks for your concern!

I have finished my phlebotomy a year ago. And I have been trying to find a job in this career. And I have applied every single places that I could think of. And I would not get a call back or a response back or an email back from anyone. I was told that you do not need to get your certification as a phlebotomist. Herere I am still stuck trying to find a job that I can rely on.

I am looking to work in my career field as a phlebotomist or MA, it's hard when you are from another state... I have the qualifications and I'm due to take my national test next month.... application after application and nothing yet...what am I doing wrong....I just need help to get on the right path...any suggestions.... Georgia bound

I'm having the hardest time getting an interview I've applied for probably 30 places and tried calling and get the same answer "apply online and see where it goes" what am I doing wrong I just want to be a phlebotomist

Hey all! Ive had the worst luck in getting an interview at the Mayo Clinic/Hospital in Phoenix/Scottsdale, and a few other places. Over the past couple yrs I've seen positions come and go. Many of them are the same positions Ive applied for! I have never gotten to an actual interview...5 positions applied for, 5 times passed over. I have 20+ yrs in my field..to include Laboratory Manager, Phlebotomy Supervisor, & Phlebotomy Instructor. I have an impeccable track record, resume, and I'm very good at what I do! I dont know if its my experience and tenure that is blocking my opportunities(?) These same positions (many of them) keep coming open a few months after my rejection letters. Its very frustrating & disappointing to say the least! I know I can do the job, and do it above the standards. They keep passing on the right guy! I'm about to give up on them! Their loss! Meanwhile, I'm having to apply for and do menial jobs that dont pay that well, and some that I really dont care for....just to bring $ome income in for my family. :( Just needed to vent! Thanks for listening! (Reading!)

Good day. Trained and qualified phlebotomist with 6.5 years experience in a hospital and lab environment, qualified from South Africa in staff nursing with phlebotomy as my expertise seeks phlebotomy position in USA or Canada. I have an high-schoop diploma and am fluent in English. Is there any non-fraudulent sites available for a hard-working, honest and sober individual looking for a working visa for 2-3 years of service? Thank you Steven

I received my phlebotomy certification back in Dec 2017...I've been putting my FACE to the grind ever since...w/ no luck!! ...I'm feeling hopeless, discouraged, and anxious/depressed, due to the fact.... I currently work at an inbound call center, that I'm miserable at, and KNOW I can, and should be making more than I am, just to make ends meet, (barley)...I'm located in Sarasota FL..if anyone has ANY advice, connections, ideas....I would GREATLY appreciate it! Thank you!! Feel feel free to PM me on facebook!! ....(this is not a "feel bad for me post" , I really just dont know where to turn at this point, and need guidance!) -Carly
