I loved working with the clientele and staff. The personal interactions always left me and the client smiling. Making someones day brighter made me smile.

The greatest thing I enjoyed about working for #Underonewoof was

All the different dogs and the attitudes they had. Seeing them daily, it was like my second family. Has to be one of God's Best makings. DOGS are so loyal and true and love you unconditionally! They are an AWESOME part of your family

The things that would have improved my job @ #ClassyKids are

Everything.... that is one of the worst daycares I ever worked in....the staff is disrespectful and have no control over themselves or the kids...the owner Deanna is rude, racist and money hungry robbing these parents ....all she cares about is keeping the daycare looking nice she barely have food to feed the children...she doesn't even have a good curriculum to teach these children anything....I would never recommend Classy Kids

When someone gets angry at you when dealing with customers, never take it personally. It is either because she's frustrated for one reason or another or does not understand what she/he is dealing with. Call the supervisor to handle the situation if it is getting out of hand.

A little about working for #CassisevanInc. Aka JohnnyB. Haircare

The best thing about working at CassisevanInc was the experience I got as I became familiar with product, and management functions. I would honest like to say that the room for advancement is Zero. The owner would say things like “ I can get any monkey to do your job” the business is ran by family so the supervisor at the time was daniel Hernandez and he was the father in-law, he didn’t have to work really, he would talk to people and be on his phone all day while getting paid the most. He has PTSD and would get angry with myself or another couple co-workers. I worked there for 4 years and was never given a raise, a bonus, no advancements, no vacation time, no insurance, and the worst part about this place is that you were belittled on a daily basis. The owner Al Anorga, well he doesn’t know how to treat the lower class staff, he would act like he was better then everyone, very arrogant and disrespectful. He was only nice to the models during photo shoots. HR was ran by his wife Evette and Roxane which they were not really friendly people to talk to unless you were of upper management. To conclude this, I am thankful for the experience but I would NOT advise anyone working here. It’s trully a horrible place to work. There is NO GMP or SOP guidelines. However thankfully due to my time there I quit and was hired and another manufacturer that gave me all the responsibilities I sought out and I am still at my newly found company 5 years later.
