Flexible hours and my Manager was great to work with we had work together at Endicott Johnsons shoe store

I enjoyed helping customers select shoes and if we didn't have it in their size I would try to find in other nearby stores. I also enjoyed helping those who couldn't put on their own shoes I would help them out on shoes they preferred or liked to give them the same experience as anyone else

The one thing that Payless offered its part time employees long before most other retail businesses was full benefits. It's a shame that Payless Shoes is closing all their stores.

Helping the customers

The manager was very fair and equal with all the employees. The discounts were fantastic. The sales incentives were fun to acheive with other associates working together. Most of all i stayed because the 401k employer match!

Working with customers and being able to help them find what they needed and also some things they wanted.

Great company to work for. It was like a family! So many wonderful memories.

Run the other way. They will pay you 9 $ but paid me 11$. It still isn’t worth it. Store 2461 in Shawnee is an absolute joke.
