What is the hourly rate for someone starting in "Operations"

I have customer service, operations, and some management experience but as a 24 year old expected to provide a life for my newborn son I have no idea what I'm doing wrong or what I can do to make more money.

Newly relocated to Houston, Tx and seeking to build another successful 20+ year career!!

I have a successful 17 yrs of experience in operations and logistics in the construction industry. I want to work closer to home in San Marcos, CA. Hope to get a job on a similar role even on a different industry where I can bring my experience and contribution.
