I have a lot of experience in management in restaurant business I know it is very difficult to find a good job a long-term position I was here Ray 10 years in state of Oklahoma sometime I wish I moved outta here because of the wage of living is very low If I Only Could find a company that pays very good and have a long-term contract agreement I'm going to move to that foreign country or any kind of states but it is very difficult for a company to hire me of my qualification skills some company said that I'm overqualified and just to make it sure that I know too much and they don't not want me to work for their company because they are afraid that when I take their job I'm not that kind of a person I have a son who is 1 years old who's in the Philippines and I am trying my hardest trying to find a good job so I can support my son and paying my mother all for what she did try to take care of my son it seems that my wife do not care about me because she's all about money it is sad but I have to do what I have to do I'm willing to walk across state just for finding a job but most company will not hire me because I am 54 years old do anybody out there or any company or Corporation that may harm me I'm willing to learn and I'm going to be trained if someone to help me get me to that state or foreign country International and pay me a place to live it be really grateful I will pack up as soon as possible and leave my only dreams that keeps me going it's my only son who is 1 years old I my dream is to hold him for the first time and reunited him and me for the first time what does a man and a father have to do just deserve that so if anybody else to help me it really appreciate it

I've been working night shift for over a year now as a label technicians for a production company. I'm looking for something to that sort but in the day time, I'm in the okc area

I've been laid off 5 times in the last 10 years, so my resume looks very chopped up. For the first time, I put my pride aside and took unemployment. Since it's running out, I've been applying like crazy. I've resorted to writing a letter of application that asks people to look past the length of time I worked at a place since I had the misfortune of being laid off, and wanted them to know that I DO have the work ethic and skills they need.

Then the other factor is that I'm 64. Say all you want, but there is job discrimination against age. I can't prove it, but when you have to list what year you graduated from high school, then it's a no brainer to figure out my age.

I'm starting to think that I should just retire early. I've only had one interview in the last 6 months. When I can, I submit references which are very complimentary...
