Almost 61
Hi , I am almost 61. I worked as a RN in hospitals for 35 years. I am now on disability but need to find a part time job because I'm not getting enough money to stay in my house even though it is very inexpensive only costing me $66,000. to buy. I dont want to work in any medical field anymore. I am able to be up on my feet for only about 4 hours at a time . Can someone suggest a job for some one like me?

My advice to people interested in working at #FamoClinics as a #Nurse/Midwife ...
I will recommend Famo clinics to every health care practitioner because it was indeed a good experience i had while working there with good interpersonal relationship we shared there. Famo clinics is the best.

The biggest mistake I made as a #Nurse/Midwife at #FamoClinics ...
One of the difficult moment i had in famo clinics was the day i tried to drag right with a patient knowing too well i was on my right but don't have to claim the right which caused many havoc there and i regretted my action.

New nurse troubles
I guess I'm learning that being a nurse is a lot harder than I thought it was going to be. The politics that come with the health care field is insane. You are in demand but are easily expendable if that makes sense. I'm starting to regret my decision.

REGISTERED NURSE WITH A 14YR Work related injury.
I need help/advice. I've been an RN for 18yrs and unfortunately I was injured early in my nursing career. I love being in the nursing profession, but quit my job at a prison due to severe depression and anxiety. During that time both of my grandmothers passed away within a month of eachother. After seeking professional help and counseling I'm finally back to my happy self and need to work....I have plenty of recruiters calling for hospital work on med/surg units which I can no longer do. No heavy lifting, turning, repositioning patients due to weakness of extremities and chronic pain. I went to school for too long to do anything else. I've been a prison nurse for most of my career.... Where can I find employment as an RN in a ambulatory/ clinic setting???
