Network, Network Network

Hello folks, I have reviewed several posts in this forum board, reviewing nice posts. My experience to being able to grab the opportunity, either working for someone or your own business is to network, network and more networking. I'm going to a lot of networking, after hours, networking lunches etc just making that first connection. Meeting people in person is the hands-down sure way into securing that favorite work, opportunity, and business connection. In through the course of the last 40 years gone by, I noticed young people are introverted because as the 80's-90's moved forward parents raised children with a fear of "strangers" going to get you out there. Young people today looking for a customer service or customer satisfaction opportunities will have a challenge to secure such a position if introverted. Customer service and satisfaction opportunities mandate a very pleasant, happy and outgoing personality with a "How can I help you" mentality. I have reviewed a large amount of opportunities even different business opportunities out there on many boards and in forums, most of the available opportunities mention in the requirements want some form of "must have customer satisfaction and service skill-set" to some degree. Network marketing is a special area, really mandates face to face customer service and satisfaction skill-set. So my advice would be to put on your best smile, an attitude I love people, an AWESOME personality and positive can attitude. This critical thinking proactive move will surpass someone with a line of certs and degrees. Yes, I know people out there went to college grabbed the educational requirements but with very poor personalities. College/university criteria is great but make sure you know someone going to pull you into the XYZ company because this mandates a "who-you-know"mentality.

Let's pool our resources

Greetings all,

We all have information that may not be helpful to us but very helpful to others. We live here, work here, shop here and play here. who better to consult than each other. You may know of an opening that doesn't fit your needs but someone else may be looking for exactly that. Someone else may be researching a company that you have worked for previously or may have been a client or customer. We have the ability with a few clicks to have a network of people with "real" information thus increasing our odds of achieving our goals. Let's take this to the next level and step up our game.
