I am self motivated! Easy going team player, with experience as a supervisor. I learn my job's at a good pace, and if they can be improved or tweaked for better efficiency with safety in mind I improve them. Military teaches individuals to look out for problems that may occur, and stop them before anything happens. I have taken that to heart and made it a must to continue in my life.

I had the perfect job just land in my lap (was through a temp agency, I was called on a Friday to start the next Monday (no interview)). (I never posted as I didn't want to jinx myself) The company was behind since January 2016 so I went in and did what I do, all of their books/accounts (all in about 6 weeks even though I was there almost 3 months but I was suppose to use a tablet/phone to do bookkeeping at the start so I bought a computer and a 10 key). While there they started a side company and setting that up found out the original company was behind in their business licenses since 2013 (they had no idea). I really thought I had a job there especially after saving them from the government agencies not once but 3x, I get the dreaded call from the temp agency last Friday that my contract was up on Thursday and I wasn't suppose to work on Friday and they are going to keep the college intern (working on an accounting degree but had no idea what Adobe was and didn't know how to set up a chart of accounts or make journal entries). OK their loss!

While crying in the parking lot (as I really liked the place and no one mentioned to me about not being hired directly,) I get a call from an actual CPA to interview Monday (interview went great and has even emailed me that I am one of the top candidates) AND while in that interview I missed a call from the temp service....My folder is full of impressive reviews and the work I can do, I was offered a position as Salaried Professional (Basically I work for the Temp service full-time but have to be sent everywhere to get whatever done)...I still have to do an interview again tomorrow and take tests. I am good at what I do, love what I do and my in-laws have talked me into going back to college to get a degree.

God does work in mysterious ways! Just keep doing what you are doing and things will happen! I am XX fingers for myself and for everyone out there looking.

Hi, i juat wanted 2 thank 1 of the post directed 2 me, that i sincerly apologize 4 the poor grammer, prior 2 desert storm i was a history manger, and field journalist, was a dream of mine, since a career day, with a documentay, on war field journalist, desert storm chose not 2 allow that, due 2 a heat exhausted incident triggered a strocke, and heart attack, which result 2 losing a kidney, forcing me 2 do dialysis 3xs a week 4 hours each. Its a difficult thing not because of the obvious reason alone, bur good grammer was very important 2 me, after my siblings and i were abandone, and it made me a very angry and difficult kid in the worst city 4 that, which ended up me getting adopy by tge streets at 13, another bad move that turned in2 a do or die situation, so i. After all the madness settled, i was left withspeec issues, which i was unecessarly imporant. Ive been fighting myself, with stuborness 2 get help, pride has its darkness like everything eles, eventually i chose living 4 even a minute piece of happeness, by changing my goals and deeams 2 be around long enough 4 grandkids some day, a fresh start 4 niaev, love with a clean expectations of lil 1s that dont care up all the negativity, and love me 4 being me. So again 2 tge gentleman, all the fellow jobcasers, i am sorry and i will work on doing better, becaus my biggest fight now is not 2 be treated with the child like praises and sympathetic treatments, im fighting 2 be treated the way i was though im not who i was, ur post actually enciuraged me, and has given me an uplifting topic at my next therapy meeting. My therapist felt that the more i write and read, it will aide me in my quest, and make me stronger mentally as emotional, i have 2 learn whats good 4 the goose, its good 4 whomever is shooting at it.so 4give tge errors and the length, but this is good and cheaper therapy, so will work on it. I had hope id never half 2 divulge this info, but i really saw it as a good theraputic opp.

Iam going thru stomach issues that's called GERD&have a hetial Hernia soon the Dr's will operate on me please Don't give up on me please, am only 49 yrs old, lve worked since a teenager.
