Site Merchandise Specialist Position, San Bruno CA, $25/hr This position will be responsible for setting up and maintaining categories on Samsclub.com. They will be responsible for working with Buyers and cross functional internal teams to ensure that all items are set up and completed in a timely manner. Position Description • Builds and optimizes site for one or more departments • Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Site Operations and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans • Manages day-to-day relationships with cross functional partners • Manages day-to-day relationships with cross-functional partners • Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company standards of ethics and integrity • Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions • Resolves back-end and customer issues related to site assets, navigation, and item data

Minimum Qualifications • Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, and familiarity and comfort with database applications • Exceptionally detail-oriented with ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously, process and track multiple inbound and outbound data requests without errors • 1-2 years’ experience in a merchandising, customer service, project coordinator, or administration

Item Set Up Specialist, San Bruno CA $21/hr The Item Set up specialist will be responsible for training and supporting merchants as they set up items for the website. This includes managing data, providing and implementing solutions to better business processes and responding to high volume of emails. They will work cross functionally with internal and external partners to provide outstanding customer service to resolve complex back-end and customer facing issues.

Merchandise Assistant, San Bruno CA $32/hr Description: The Merchandise Assistant manages the acquisition, coordination and tracking of his/her subcategory item pages and shelves on the website. He/She manages item page content, cross-sells, and accessories for the merchandise department. He/She assists the call center associates with customer service questions. This position will be responsible for managing the acquisition, coordination and tracking of inbound supplier data. This Merchandise Assistant will be working across all the businesses under Global Marketplaces Services. Must be dedicated, organized, and passionate about the Services businesses. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Setup and Maintenance of Items & Content 50% • Supports the item level efforts of all merchandise categories reporting to the Category Manager • Work with Buyers and Item Set up Team to set up new items and maintain item changes such as: Walmart numbers, item dimensions, rebates, add distributors, remove distributors, retail price changes, cost price changes, department/RHID changes, for accurate tracking and data collection. • Works closely with the copywriters and supplier to manage content acquisition. • Works closely with the Item Set Up Team and supplier to manage the procurement and coordination of digital images and/or samples for the site.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 1+ years of experience in merchandising, customer service, project coordination, or administrative capacity. Possess business acumen Strong communication skills, verbal and written Proficient in Microsoft Excel
