Being nice to people

27 years experience in the collision repair industry
Almost 30 years ago got my first job as a helper in the paint shop at a reputable body shop.within 4 years and being 23 I was running a team in the paint shop at a high volume shop.Afyer 12 years painting I switched over to the repairs side and 15 years later and $100k in tools im one if the top techs at the multi location repair centers.I enjoy having young helpers out of school and training them and giving them the tools and knowledge they need for their future career in a dying industry.Evwry year that passes there are fewer and fewer people entering into the industry and more and more cars on the road. Just a little bit about me and my history in the automotive industry.
