The biggest mistake I made as a #MaintenanceSupervisor at #StateofTexasTDCJ ...
Presure was on to bring up the facilities after a flood. The boss shouted angry comments at the maintenance supervisors for not wanting to start work until their work crews arrived. They were being bussed back to our facility from another that was not flooded. I started work by myself and got hurt. After work the clinic on site was closed and I sought help at another clinic offsite and got written up for it. I worked too hard and long for them and did not take care of myself .

Your life is in danger and your professional reputation is at risk because of the way the facilities are operated. I would only take an executive level or engineering job designing the facilities that is away from the daily running of the facilities. Day to day operations is not worthh it.

The biggest mistake I made as a #MAINTENANCESUPERVISOR at #DaewoomotorEgypt ...
I thought I would get a position that was appropriate for my abilities ... but I discovered that they did not recognize the capabilities of the technicians although they were far superior to the engineers...I lost 17 years of my age with this company . But my respectable friends have credited for this long period

Supervisor, Facilities
Being told that 160 people were going to be laid off that day....then seeing your position posted 6 months later without being called back....BAD MANAGEMENT! THAT COMPANY WILL ULTIMATELY FAIL
