Lord Macy soo backwards and unorganized unprofessional just to much they got a lot of COVID cases and they don’t care dumb fuckers

I'm looking for a opportunity to learn new things, and be able to use my mind and hands to build and put things together for whirlpool.

Top leadership that was supportive rather than divisive- there was too much finger pointing and no accountability. It makes success very difficult. Everyone has to work together to achieve success and most importantly deliver the best customer experience.

Being able assist customers when need. Also the ability to learn and work in the various departments.

The daily challenges of completing orders and preparing them for shipment. Each day was a challenge and particular attention was made in paying attention to order dates . It was fun seeing some of the articles of clothing people has ordered. Great supervisor and work colleagues

I was helping a gentleman in the fragrance department. He wanted 2 parfums and 7 gift cards. The total was almost $1200. We had to get it approved by Macy’s card co. They needed his cell to confirm w a text. He only had his work phone so he couldn’t get the text. Macy’s rep said he would need to use another card. The man got mad. I talked him into purchasing by using other cards. So we swiped his Macy’s card for the rewards. He ended up saving $20 because he bought it all anyway only Macy’s didn’t get the sale on the card. He left a happy camper! #
