My name is Mike Hamburg and applied for the Material Handler B position and was wondering how long does it take to hear back from Lockheed Martin. I 'm currently looking to retire from the Department of Homeland Security/USCG with 13 years of Inventory Management expereince. I have retired from the USAF with 28 years of military expereince and worked at 175th Maryland Air National Guard within the the supply chain operations to include having experience as a Material Handler . I have been trying to get into Lockheed Martin for over 10 years I have the qualifications as sr. administrative assistant. no matter how hard I try nothing. I was told by employees that I have to be know or be related to get in. other wise I don't have a chance. Is that true? ?

As of now im on the construction side of things. I would love to join your field of Inspection? Is it as simple as applying, are is there another cert, that would help?
