What I loved working at #BlaiesHightower,LLP
Greg Blaies was very nice man.

I was proud to work for #MaxsentSecurity because
I was proud to be a part of team of excellent employees who embraced all the responsibilities they could handle. Proud to work for them and our city.

PISSED at the DOT!!!!
I recently got pulled over and the state officer said he clocked me going 59 in a 30mph zone. I KNEW that wasn't even possible because I was in 8th gear and coasting along
When he told me the reason for pulling me over, I told him there's no way that was possible! I was driving empty and to reach 59 in 8th would have had to have a heavy load in the trailer and have some serious momentum going. I explained this and mentioned that he prob accidentally clocked one of the passenger cars in the left passing lane.
He must not have liked that because he proceeded with a LEVEL 3 inspection. He came back with an inspection report and no citation to sign. Later on I notice the report had a speeding violation on the report!
Safety dept said there's no way I can fight this violation because I wasn't given a citation?!? Is this true I can't contest this?? WTH

Confused & Worried
I'm a 63 yr old Security guard, I've worked in the field for about 12 yrs, I've, worked with serveral agencies, places, long hours, days, & holidays, the time as come where I'm no longer can do the job that is required of me (ex: the long standing or travel) I realize I no long want to be a Security guard, my problem is WHAT DO I DO if & when I should leave the SECURITY FIELD??? In another lifetime, I was a RECEPTIONIST & would like to return to that field but that field has gotten so advanced I don't know if I can & will fit back in what should I do????

Security officer
Six years at post I was needed at. Check doors, watch camera. Do patrol.

I enjoyed working for #KaiserGornickLLP because...
Kaiser Gornick was a great place to work. I was provided many unusual and challenging opportunities, making my job a fun “get to” rather than a drudge “have to” experience. I continue to work with this firm in my role as an independent contractor, and the principals continue to encourage me in my profession.

Drivers license
I had a company ask me to send them a copy of my driver's license via email. Is this ok to do?

I enjoyed working for #CacheCounty because...
My job for the Cache County Prosecuting Office was very rewarding. I primarily handled criminal cases, warrants, subpoenas and orders. I also worked as a victims advocate.

File a complaint with federal and state EEO offices, and maybe get an EEO lawyer
Perhaps get an EEO lawyer in your area, or mention to the HR policy people that you may be getting one soon.
Also, file a formal complaint with the federal EEO and review the process here at this website: https://www.eeoc.gov/eeoc/publications/fedprocess.cfm
Also, get with your state EEO office to look into this situation.
