Be a People Person

Being willing to be open to help, learn every shift and treat your residents the way you would want to be treated. Listen more and talk when you're asked to give feedback or advice concerning the residents and improvements on the work place. Always be on time and make yourself available.

Its a great company to work for and I actually did get my best friend a Job there...

Don't work there

I loved this company, was there for 10 years straight, management always will slip up and get a bad seed in and will dedtroy things, but over all this was my life job, it is awesome, will never forget what it added to my life.

Get plenty of rest, allow yourself ample travel time to arrive early, and ask for assistance if help is needed to complete tasks.

I would honestly tell them to steer away if at all possible. They are in a period of great change and shifting resources around as well as a lot of outsourcing to India. They used to be a great company to work for and awesome to their employees, but now they are only concerned about the bottom/investors.

Not the best job to work at. They do not pay you enough to work for what they ask. They treat you like complete sh**. If your not the higher ups your nothing. #BargainHunt
