They started the bbq restaurant in 1971 by Duke and his wife Mary Bowman. In 1995 thier daughter bought the restaurant from she ran it until 2005 and I started helping her. We ran it together until 2019. I am working on getting the barbecue sauce in stores Fontana.

The customers were phenominal . A lot 7 day a week cust. All ages. Working there 23 years, I had the pleasure of watching employer/employee families as they grew up. Couldn't have had a better boss. 60 years family owned. A lot of long time emp. Many, many emp met and married there. Learned many different aspects of the business.

I was proud to work for king Soopers from beginning to the end Everyone did their part People helped One other out help train each other to make things run smoothly the object was to make sure that we had a great producted going in and going out
