We just filled the Tallahassee position, but we have you in line for the Georgia Lab. We are waiting for the official signatures on the contract so that we may start to hire for those positions. We know that you have to give two weeks-notice, but that should line up perfectly with contracts being signed, and your official start date.

I am not sure what this means? It has been a little over three weeks. I am not sure what to do?

Has anyone else encountered several issues. After applying for the Amazon Fulfillment Job in Baltimore MD? I passed the background check and the drug test. Completed my profile on their website employee portal. Received several emails and automated phone calls. Stating I was offered the job. After calling and speaking with an HR representative. I was told to just wait for the email. That has my start date and training schedule in it. They couldn't give me a time frame. For wjen to expect it! This all.started the last week of December 2016. Finally this past week. I received an email from Amazon. It stated that my application was withdrawn. It saidthat either I withdrew my application, or when Amazon called/emailed me. I didn't answer the call, or reply to their email!

I have been on 1,000 job interviews but non have turned into job offers. I am confident, I present my skills and accomplishments and I sell myself, but non of these tactics are working. Does anyone have any other suggestions to help me land a permanent position?

Getting hired and working for a major global company isn't all what its cracked up to be. I got hired by one of the worlds largest printing companies and was lied to about my hourly rate just to hire me and later come to find out they treat their employees unfairly with no raises and cut hours saying that no one works 40 hours a week anymore. My advice to everyone out there is to get everything in writing prior to accepting a job.

I applied for a job with Wells Fargo and I even received an offer from them. They went as far as completing the finger printing, background checks etc. After this was done that's when the questions about my credit came up. They inquired about a few items that went past due and a recent repo I turned in due to a divorce that I am going through and they came back and asked for a full explanation of the items. I emailed them explaining I was in the middle of a divorce as well as I had been unemployed for 6 plus months. They came back immediately asking for my divorce decree. I had to remind them once again I was in the middle of my divorce still trying to settle the debt. In the end a few weeks later they rescinded their offer and notified me by mail. Can you believe that your credit score is now the deciding factor in whether you get job or not? We are nothing but a credit score. They don't consider your job experience or how you interviewed it's all in the end about your credit and how it appears to a company. It's a sad world we live in!

Has anyone ever gone into an interview that has a particular title and a mid-level position where you have as much, or more qualifications and you are told "That position has been filled. Would you be willing to do 'this' job? You are looking for full time. The job that is suggested is an entry-level, or low-paying part-time position. If you have the qualifications, how do you handle it when you are not looking for a get-your-foot -in-the door position anymore?

Many of us feel stuck in the under/unemployed loop of doom. After 10 months, I learned that my network of friends and support has the greatest value. An peer from a recent seasonal job called me at 6: 30 last night. I could sense urgency in his voice. He invited me to a networking event happening that night. Going until 9 PM, and only minutes from my home, I dashed with resumes, business cards and a suit with no tie (my new thing). Needless to say, stars aligned. This morning, I receive a GREAT offer coupled with two follow-up calls. Oddly, another offer came in that morning and six more recruiters made contact today! Bottom line, pay it forward by asking, "How many roles are you looking to fill? I have a few peers with similar skills that would love to chat with you." If you get a business card, you know you are in the loop!

Hello guys! Does any one knows if they send the DT offer letter to anyone telling that pre and post backgroud screening they got the right to terminate you at anytime? don't they need to have everything ready by the start date? It seems weird to me and never happen to me before. I am living Wells Fargo to go work for them. Do you guys think its to risky? Position: Your start date will be 2/20/2017. I've been applying at a job since November 3rd, several interviews and phone calls later I received a call at the end of January congratulating me, I had secured the job, I was overjoyed this job is what I've been working so hard for. In that phone call they informed me that training would start in March and they would be getting ahold of me sometime in February to schedule a drug screening. I know it's only February 17th but I'm starting to get nervous. I've had prospective employers tell me that I had got the position and then I've never heard from them again (very unprofessional but it's happened). Should I call them or wait, I've been unemployed for a few months and I really want this job.

Honestly so Sick of these Recruiting sites Not screening these Scammers.....We as honest people looking for employment. I think we should hold these Recruiters accountable for all these Scams.......Just my opinion..
