Want to know what our Employer clients think about Jobcase? One of earliest direct employer clients was Jacquese Brown of Home Depot. Lotta reasons to love Jacquese, among them that she cares about people and she has helped a lot of Jobcasers get good positions at a good company. Check out this oldie but goodie from our video vaults.... https://youtu.be/U8r8oBZFql4

Our vision is that Jobcase can be a modern union movement in support of workers. We begin by building a platform of tools and foster a community that supports one another. We then leverage this to amplify your voice, put data behind it, and bang on C-level doors to reclaim capitalism to work for all. We got your back. This op-ed printed in Fast Company magazine today is just the beginning. CEO's are starting to talk about valuing "stakeholders' not just shareholders. Well- its time to walk the walk on that and Jobcase is helping to illuminate the way. Here we go... #StrongerTogether !

ps: not crazy about the headline they gave us - but please take a moment to read the 3 action steps we are starting with to move the needle toward workers. And please leave notes below on this, or other thoughts around worker advocacy that you'd like to share.

Hello all. Just wanted to say I am new here. This appears to be a very cool site and I really like this community area. I am currently submitting to positions that interest me in my field of music both performance and administration. I look forward to talking and learning from many of you as well as giving my input. Blessings.

Today has been an interesting day. Starting off with teaching my last class of 2019, then having a certification test to take at 6:00 PM. Keeping in mind if I failed it meant having to take the whole course all over again? Talk about pressure being placed on me? I have come to realize I work well under pressure. It’s New Year’s when people are preparing to celebrate the New Year and I am preparing for my exam in Alzheimer's & Dementia. How many times do you deal with a stressful situation and Panic? 2019 was an interesting year for me many ups and downs. Conquering the challenges we face on a daily basis is a goal I set for myself. It took practice to achieve this goal. After failing many times, I overcame my fear of losing and won! And you can too! This can be applied when applying for a job or anything. We have the power to overcome all things if we set our minds to it. Believe in it and apply it to our life. I believe you have the power to change.

I took this picture this morning while teaching a class. The topic of discussion was Leadership in the Community! While teaching the class on what it takes to be a leader in the Community, engage people to get involved. In order to be a good leader, one must lead by example. This morning in class I asked each person to stand in front of the pictures in the order they believe is important to them in able to educate other. This is my order. Community - It is where we can connect with each other to share our mission. Next, Compassionate- Taking the time to listen to them and relate with their experience. Comprehensive - Including all as One! Relate to understanding what people are dealing with or going through at the present time! And the Love I get from being a part of it all. To all of you who have started this journey with me. My family, even though we might not see eye to eye it’s ok! I still Love You! To the communities I serve herein Roxbury, MA and surrounding areas - Thank you for allowing me to serve you in a time of need. To the staff at Whittier Street Healthcare, you have opened my eyes to a world I knew but not completely understood it. Then I met you all the team members and Fredericka Williams, your leadership has allowed all of us to Shine in the Community where other choose not to go! Thank you! For allowing me to be part of the team in assisting the lost, the lonely and homeless that I serve because of you guidance!
