I have 9 years of IT experience(all in Asia) but after that have a 5 year gap as i had to take care of kids, now when i started applying after brushing up my skills through online tutorials, i am not getting calls for even entry level IT jobs. Not sure which way and how to proceed.

How to market yourself after a career break in IT industry , usual scenario for women who have to take a break for family. Is the industry open or they prefer people without break in career? Finding it hard.
