I started working technically with a ship repair company back in the Philippines. Years later I joined a steam engine propelled vessel. In the years that followed I worked my way up to the Chief Engineer's position. Became a Port Engineer of a Container shipping line and as one of the Technical Managers of a Ship Management company in Miami, Fl.

What I mean I have an experience about healthcare also because I'm working in the philippines as a rural health.midwife for almost 10 yrs. and I graduated for a medical assistant also in Long beach Ca. So I think I fit for this job.

I am working in a pharmaceutical company in Bangladesh and have 16 years of experience in sales and marketing of medical/pharmaceuticals products. Now I want to develop my career in abroad like UK,Australia or USA. How Can i start to fulfill myself?. My queries as follows;

1. will I conform my job first? or visa or work permit?
2. will i be able to attend in audio-video interview with employer?
3. whether employer will give me the sponsorship visa and work permit?
4. or i have to self arrange it and then need to search the job???
5. whether they will conform my job after taking video interview? or I have to go there with my own costs and meet a physical interview and conform my job
