Imagine your life as an egg just sitting on a wall. You aren't bothering anyone; you just want to see the world from another perspective. You want to be strong enough physically and mentally to allow yourself to sit on that wall and look out. You are finally able to get to that wall through growth and development. You are 18 years old and looking for some perspective. Now with eggs, there are dozens of different kinds. You never know if another egg will want to sit with you and take it all in. There will be a time though that an egg will not know what you think you are doing and they find the perfect opportunity to impress their fellow eggs. They want to throw rocks at you and do everything they can to make you fall. They get off to the idea that when you hit that ground you will crumble; never being able to pick yourself up nor will you be able to regain the confidence to climb that wall again and be the same way it was before. No matter how much you prepare yourself for that rotten egg, one day, you will fall off of that wall. It will happen, that is life. Eggs don't sit on walls all day every day without life throwing gusting winds at them or earthquakes. You cannot escape it. My advice to you would be if you are sitting on that wall and someone starts throwing rocks at you or life is throwing winds; you pay attention to how you feel on the inside and go with your heart. Or in this idea follow your yolk because once your shell breaks you can either scatter all over the place and not know what to do or you can turn into a chicken and show those other eggs what you are really capable of; that they should never underestimate your strength.

The first thing you must know is that every job that is available belongs to God.  He is really the One who will be giving you the job. Psalm 24:1 “The earth is the LORD’s, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it;” Sometimes the job that you are looking for may not be the one the Lord has in mind for you.  Therefore, you need to remain open minded about all the opportunities that come your way and be prayerful about all offers. The Lord’s plan is for you to provide for your family so there should be absolutely no question in your mind that it is His will for you to find employment 1 Timothy 5:8 “But if anyone does not provide for his own, and especially for those of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.” The Bible also says that if you don’t work you don’t eat.  This should be your go to scripture in your prayer time for employment. If we acknowledge and keep God first with all our needs, he will truly meet all our needs. Here's my prayer for employment for all of us for those who desire to pray and believe it. My prayer is that God supply all our needs, His will be done but most importantly, He gives each one of us the job He desires for us. Also remember this: once He blesses you with a job, don't forget to pay the 10% required of us in Malachi 3: 10. Lord God in heaven I come to you humbly asking you to guide me to employment.  This is not hard for you to do because the earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof.  You are Jehovah Jireh the God who provides and I ask you to provide for me by bringing me employment.  I am only interested in the place that is honest and trustworthy as I know this would be pleasing to you.  Lord I ask you to show me the areas in my life where I may need to confess my sins so that I can bring them before you.  I don’t want anything to stand in the way of my answered prayers because I know it is Your will for me to be employed.  (Take a few minutes and confess all the sins that come to you mind now)  Show me the areas where I need to improve how I handle Your money so that I may honor You by doing so.  I pray Lord that when I receive this job, I will tithe to the church or ministry that You will call to my mind the amount which You will put in my heart.  Lord I know that You are able to supply my needs according to your glorious riches in Christ Jesus.  I pray that You would bless me and enlarge my territory! I pray that you open the doors and give me the wisdom to know where to start looking.  Bring the resources I need to prepare myself for the interviews and favor everywhere I go.  In Jesus Name. I'm 59 and have been out of work for almost 4 years, I just went for an interview couple of days ago and hot hired. I start training on Friday and it's something I have never done before. I will be doing inventories at various stores and which might include going out of state. So I am pretty excited to start a new job, I was getting bored staying home.

To all those looking for a job throughout the world I pray that GOD will open doors for you to receive that job you are looking for so u can support yourself and those you love DO NOT GET DISCOURAGED ....you fight for the job you want show the enployer how important this job is to you and show them what u have to offer the company and show them how you want to make their company succeed I believe when u really want something if you set your mind heart and soul towards it you will get it .....

You put all this time and energy into getting a job, going on interviews. And sometimes they pick someone else instead of you for a job. You have not failed! You have become that much stronger! Continually improving yourself! This is not a set back; it's a step in the right direction!!!

Nobody is a Loser for having Questions or Seeking Help. We all make wrong choices at one time or another. We Dont always have to Follow in someone else's foot steps either. Be True to yourself and Remember there's Only One You and No one lives Your life But You. You are the Only one Who has to Face the decisions that you make in life and this whole thing. You make the bed you lie in it I guess what you can always change your mind you could always change careers you can always turn your life around and be anything you want to be! And Dont Allow Anyone to put you down nor Make you feel Your Stuck at Anything in your life. Life can be short or long. So Make Everyday count and Be in Your Favor one way or another. You Dont ever have to walk on someone to get a step up in life. If Your Unhappy or Dont like the way things are at where your at BC you see Unjustest being done, Then Leave. May help to have another job lined up before you do. Unless the place is Super bad. Up to you. Your Never too old to learn new things and just BC your young doesn't mean your stupid. Just means You have a lot to learn At best. Anyone can pretty much be whatever your hearts desires. Unless you wanna be a Singer and You can't carry a tune in a bucket . Lmbo. But Keep it Real. Dont be afraid to take a Chance on yourself. If you Dont knowing else will. Life can be hard and full of Struggles.Lord Knows I know that one too well. But if You get a chance to do so.etching you Love to do, Go for It!!! Your Never a Failure for Trying. Only when you Never take a chance on yourself will you fail. I know a Millionaire that My Husband use to work for before we moved. He wanted to Start his Own Company. Do you know he was Turned Down around 20 times?? Now he Owns A Chain of Companies. Sold one not too long ago. He's Name Is Ross Parol. Idk how to spell he's last name right. Sorry. But this Man has More $$ than he knows what to do with. He's Done Many Different things in his life. How? BC He Didn't take No as an answer. He Never Gave up on himself. He had Dreams. And he Fought to make them come true. Even when know one else Believed in hi.. One day Someone Did. I'm sharing this Story BC I Believe A lot of you out there Needs to Know that This too shall pass and Your time Will Come. Dont Stop Believing In You. BC Your worth A lot more than you realize. .Who cares what others believe. Its What you believe that counts. So Stop Kicking yourself for past mistakes. I've read a lot of concerns and support that allows all of us to wonder what am I doing right, am I confused, or am I wrong. And this is what I have come up with for myself. YELP, to all and now that I have confessed to being and have gone through these "It's okay" because there growth, love, forgiveness, hope for now and the future, share your successes and regrets are building blocks and use them wisely. Allow yourself to be a support person and not always the victim. If you don't allow changes how are you going to grow and become strong. We have so much inside of us, but we allow a lot of things destroy your being, success, love, future and much more. Didn't say it would be easy but where has your dream gone when you were growing up, some did it all, some did part and some not at all. Come on it's not to late regardless if part of you dream did come thru at least part of it did. Use the part and build on it, the only person you can blame is you. Doesn't matter the: Age, Color of you skin, hair, glasses, no body loved me, no body wanted me that needs so stop. It's this simple: I invite you to my house for dinner and even asked you what was some of your favorite food. Bought it fixed it the way you like it and when it was time to eat you still were afraid to eat. What is wrong with this picture. A lot, Victory is in the heart of men and women and so it love. As a case manager I can only can help as far as the client would allow me to. Now there is nothing wrong in trying and have test and trials, there was only one person I have read about that past the entire test and brought true victory in our lives. I'm not a shame of my game. Forgive yourself, I had to little by little and I do get off everyone in a while but I correct myself and ask for forgiveness if I have offended anyone. Let the past stay where it needs to and bring success, victory, joy, peace, and laugh. I have friends who love to tell jokes and they laugh more at them self than we do. But laughter is a "Good cure" especially when you laugh at yourself. Any of you have a friend that can't tell a joke because they mess up the story. Well, that's me but one thing I do well is to offer encouragement that all is well thru trials, used correctly make us strong so that we can strength one another. Peace unto all you, got to go thru to get thru. SO DO IT.

Just here waiting on are God, I do believe that we are here just for his pleasure and lets be fair, we all are doing things for our own pleasure. to me that is where I go wrong, I mean from the President and world leaders to your local pastors, teachers, bus drivers, etc , they are all the same purpose to serve someone, somehow,someway, most of the time at our time, so remember this that our Jesus gave his life for me and his father was willing supporter so to get my thrill in this life or may I say happiness than I must be aware of who you are and your goals so I can reach mine!
