Owner operator

This is a contracting company i started about 7 years ago. This not being my first but one i grew very close to over the years and strugles along the way due mostly to the illegal immigration epidemic that has permiated the construction trades for over a decade and forced hard working americans out of the construction trades that once was a promise to hard working americans of at least blue collar work and a modest middle class life for them and their family. This is not the case any longer and hasnt been for years due directly to this illegal immigration epidemic. I have a firm desire to take this back for myself and my childrens future here in our great country. If you hear the urgency and call as i do then pick up the phone and call me and discuss with me how you can fit into and help drive our company to the for front in this long time american company. Call 703 855 9561 and ask for John Williams... #AllAmericanPainting

What about my employment rights?

Illegal to me means I am doing something that is in total violation of the laws that govern our nation. Apparently thats contrary to what most companies operatingin America abide by. These companies employ at will undocumented laborers over legal bonified American citizens. I have no animosity towards any of these people. Its the companies I have great disdain for. We need employment reform to penalize the establishments that circumvent the law to employ unlawful workers. Fine them into bankruptcy if necessary. They are just as illegal as the immigrants they employ. Undocumented workers are in just about every industry working in place of citizens. Robbing us of opportunities for employment. I can hardly find gainful employment due to the overly available undocumented workers absorbing every position vacant. Our economy is suffering from this, citizens of this country are in dire straits due to the lack of jobs. The rich employ Undocumented workers with complete autonomy. We as American citizens have the right to work in America, not first but period.

I don't know..is this was legal..althought feels very discriminatory..

Last year I had a job as a server/ bartender trough craigist in a club in NYC, i work for them around 4 or 5 months, while my migratory situation was in process ( I was going from temporal 2 years to permanent residence)while this happened my temporary residence expired inmigrationd sent a letter to show my employer that my status was in process, so I did, the manager took me to the office and told me they can't have me working there withouth papers, to wich I said they were ignoring a federal document that I was given, regardless they said i should just go homw, I ask for my dismissal letter they told me I wasn't being "fired", so they can't give me one, they simply stop given me days in the schedule. IDK if this is legal, but it sure feels offensive and wrong.

Power to the People

Boston, NY and other large cities have restaurants and other places of business that have decided to shut down for the day and others for an entire week in protest of this nation's unlawful treatment of immigrants; especially children --- this type of civil disobedience makes me proud that many businesses today are putting people before monetary increase.

Power to the People; Power to all the People. This is how the vietnam war was ended----

People need and want to work; they need to be valued and regardless of age or race or any other issue individuals in so-called power have against the working class; We Shall OverCome and We Are Stronger In Numbers-----Bravo
