I am Lost...
I interviewed with a company I am excited to work with,I met the District Manager first then had phone interviews with Regional manager as well as Regional H.R,the following week the D.M called and we negotiated pay,He welcomed me to the company and even though he was on vacation he would key me into their system for me to watch for the email requesting the drug screen. I have been eagerly checking my email and nothing has come through. It has been 2 weeks and nothing he said within a few days. I have since emailed, called, and texted the D.M I have recieved nothing back from him. What should I do? It's been like I said 2 weeks what's my next move? HELP PLEASE

Human Resources
I am looking for a job in Human Resources or work with a small business owner and grow the business. Do you know of anyone that can help?

A loss for words...
Last week I had the best interview of my life. After the interview was over they brought me in to HR for an orientation packet, they photo copied my id and I was asked where I was salary wise. Before I finished the packet, the HR person had to go and said to bring it home with me. The person I interviewed with, said everything would be alright and to give her a call on Wednesday. Again, the HR person said don't worry nothing is wrong, I am just pressed for time. At that time I asked the HR person, should I be worried I did not get the position and she said no, there is nothing to worry about, it is the end of the day and people were waiting to come into her office. As instructed on Wednesday I called and I was asked to call back tomorrow. I called back today and guess what, I was told I did not get the job. I was a bit taken back and asked, is it something I said or did. She replied no, we are interested in someone else. What does that mean? I am perplexed, how do you go from getting the job to no we want someone else?

Looking or an HR position
Hello. I'm new to Jobcase and wanted to try to widen my network and get help with possible employment. I have an HR degree but have been out of the workforce for 5 years for personal obligations. Any advice or assistance would be appreciated.

I'd like to know why Human Resource people interview you for one position, then, to offer, play bait & switch and offer you a position you never interviewed for. Something...less than ( Hours, Pay, etc.) This Is Wrong!!!

Not the position i interviewd for
I left my job last month after my GM screwed me out of $1600 in commissions in ONE day. I had some capital saved up to last a few months. I've applied at multiple jobs and had a few interviews that didnt go anywhere. I'm switching career fields, so I understand. I've been in leadership positions in almost EVERY job I've had. So, when I interviewed today for a night super spot (local manufacturing plant that pays decent) I was pretty excited. Knock interview out of the park, as always, HR is DYING to get me into the night super spot to get the team motivated and moving. What happens? Ops super decides, nah, put this man in the lowest spot, with the lowest pay, with the unskilled labor teams. (I grew up doing construction, was in the military, I have plenty of skilled labor abilities). I took the job because, well, lifes expensive. It's the opposite of the job I interviewed for, and is $4 less an hour than the position, and it's the day time shift that has some raunchy hours. I need the job, but I'm highly upset with the outcome considering I'm more than qualified. What would y'all do?
