My advice to people interested in working at #OzarkYMCA as a #Housekeeping ...

Go to McDonald's, they pay batter and you can watch the manager throw soda on the customers.

My advice to people interested in working at #XencomFacilityManagement as a #Housekeeping ...

there are pros and cons of working at Xencom facility Management but more cons than pros because within my time working at Xencom Facility Management in 10 months My experience has not been too good they never give pay raises, they constantly have a high turn over rate due to the work load that keeps adding up and the pay we get does'nt have nothing to show for it and poor communication with management and team members, along with too too much drama, people do not stay for long,
