Nice boss to Mean boss?
I work on the Graveyard shift as a Environmental Services Supervisor in a Mega Hotel Resort Property, Well I have a boss who is nice to people one day and then in the snap of a finger, is rude, and demanding and does not say please or thank you when requesting the work to be performed. I have told the Line employees that they need to say something to her when she treats them with disrespectful behavior by not saying please and thank you, I feel that I have never had a manager talk to people in this manner and I am not sure how or even if I want to say anything about her behavior to her because I don't want her to retaliate against me because she may have some type of issues that I am not aware of. What should I do?

I could have fixed it...but I wasn't giving a chance
I was recently let go from my comfort inn job which I done a great job and if they got complaints saying I wasn't doing what I was suppose to but I believe I did everything as I was trained, but I didn't feel as welcome as I should of but I'm gonna rise from this and look forward to a better opportunity.
