Self employed business owner

I haven't worked since 2000 after an injury on the job had to have surgery and 2003 relocated to Atlanta. I started my own cleaning business 2012 which was ok I had a couple of clients so I was in a bad car accident in 2015 and I lost my clients so I was asked to do home health aide and I loved that job and unfortunately the patient passed away in April 2016 so now I've been looking for another job just like that one but I am not certified and my cleaning business was a flop because I did things the old school way I put business cards here and there and I did flyers and I did the web pages and not so good turn out. I have been filing out applications for everything from home health aide to data entry to work from home to no phone calls no responses no interviews what should I do ?
