The biggest mistake I made as a #HHA at #Firstchoiceatlongisland,greatNeck,andfirstChineseHcare ...

Just asking to go home when my food finished, because in the living case, when I don't have food I'm ready to go home.

The biggest mistake I made as HHA was to think I can to do all the costumer wanted. But the person never is happy always wanted more .Then I understood is very important to follow the company rules.

HHA versus CNA

HHA is Home Health Aide (or Assistant). They are not certified, and can help with duties such as general housekeeping, and companionship. CNA is Certified Nursing Assistant, and can make more per hour then HHA. They have to work certain number of hours under an LPN or RN ion order to keep their license (certificate). Most companies will pay more if you have CNA license then an HHA. Hope this helps Linda D.
