Nursing is a field that is always updating and growing and as new standards of practice are developed and as research is completed, there are always new ways of giving care that are safer and more beneficial to the patients nurses serve. There is never a dull moment. I was mentored in by an older nurse my mother’s age, and now my mentor has become my client. It is a privilege and an honor to care for her and help her through this end-stage of her life. Over the past 30 years I have seen good and bad nurses come and go. I love teaching and nursing is always teaching families and patients ways to care for themselves at home. They also teach CNA classes because you do not get good help unless you teach and grow good help. # adviceMy best advice: stay in school and finish your education before starting a family. That way there are no distractions. No nights where sick kids make it hard to study or sleep, etc. I waited to get my nursing degree until my marriage was crumbling, and had two toddlers with a baby on the way. It made me want the education all the more (my why), but it made it harder as well. #advice #aboutmyjob

Many facets of the job from running labor and UPH to honestly doing the most important thing which is building community. I know first hand what building a community store can do. From having a welcoming environment where people from all diverse groups come from. Yo the inclusion and how you build a team around that community using team chemistry. When you do that you lower your turnover increase uph keep labor within the guidelines and most importantly you make a “home.”
Ex marine here, dependable and determined. I've Managed an event company for 4 years until covid took us down, and have great leadership skills I've picked up in the military. I come with great communication and customer satisfaction skills and to oversea logistics. Looking for a company I can grow with and make a career out of it

They didn’t in my case after leaving the job they placed me at I was and Am forever disabled it was reported I still gave all of the reports emails I made nothing was done and I’m at left like this I was electrocuted on the line for 2 months straight at the little ceased mike illicit factory in 2017 I now have fibromyalgia and have been feeling shocked since ijs if you want my personal honest answer that’s it
They just help the employer fill positions. They don't really help advance or help further careers, that's my opinion and it has been a few yrs since I worked through them so things change so it's possible that they have some programs or such to offer for career growth.
I am looking for a place to grow be helpful at what I do. Having the satisfaction of doing something good or right or helping someone else get what they want to accomplish. Working with others as a team is always a plus

I have been out of the working life for a little while. First I had to take a break after dealing with a child with severe mental health issues, I was unable to work and still take care of them. After counseling and a rebuilding of a support network after a stint of homelessness I was again able to begin working, but I was recently incarcerated as the cherry on top; marking the final severing of my previous life and the beginning of my new existence.
I am an author and a philosopher by nature, all that I have been through was in order to temper me and allow me to grow. I look forward to achieving the goals I have had to set aside for so long. I have very big dreams, and I need to start building them from scratch. I look forward to getting to know some of you, hopefully we can meet in person at some point.
