I have so much more to learn and will never learn all that I want, but I WILL complete my dream of starting a business that actually takes care of their workers!! I whole hearted believe the saying “your workers are what make your business”. I’ve struggled within many different company’s through all trades I love every trade I’ve pushed to learn, I just haven’t found a place that sees eye to eye with what should be very important necessary job analysis and plans when it comes to worrying about the growth of your employees and business rather than just the dollar$ they can make.

This being said I wish to meet many others striving to accomplish the same goal so we can grow together and complete many great things to make the blue collar work world into a new generation of prosperity and bring hope back to the amazing and very important trades that are currently dying out! Sad to say but reasons why is most jobs within the blue collar trades world are physically demanding as well as mentally being away from home working long hours takes a toll, and when you can’t find the right business to take care of your needs it makes it that much more unsatisfying.
