I find more and more jobs lacking in training. I believe still in the apprenticeship practice. Say a person doesn't have the skills required and would like to learn new skills. A company would invest hiring,teaching and later on give the person more knowledge on skills and how to grow in other companies. Today I see companies have grown away from this and have become picky on who they hire.
